ABOUT ME

Prof. Ubando is recipient of the Fulbright Foundation for Doctoral Dissertation Program at the University of Arizona and Texas A&M University in 2013-2014. He led  multiple projects such as the USAID STRIDE PURE Grant project on the life-cycle assessment of algal biofuels in the Philippines.
